Puerto Solar

Puerto Solar is an apartment building located next to the seafront promenade in Torremolinos, in one of the area’s most sought-after residential and tourist locations.

With a total area of 5,400 m², the project arranges its units to maximise sea views, ventilation and outdoor space for each residence.

The architecture focuses on materials that withstand the coastal climate and require minimal maintenance over time.

Completed in 2023, the project achieved a 95% sales rate, reflecting strong demand for seaside living.
