Málaga Central is an urban residential building located in the heart of the historic center, next to the city’s main commercial thoroughfare.
With a surface area of 3,800 m², the project integrates contemporary housing into an established urban fabric, carefully managing the relationship with the street and natural light entry.
The materiality combines sober, durable finishes with solutions that enhance efficiency and comfort in a high-density environment.
Delivered in 2024, the project sold out completely, confirming the appeal of living in the heart of Málaga.
