Las Lomas originates from a plot with direct views of the Mediterranean in the upper area of Marbella. The brief was clear: build homes that would justify the land. Not by their price, but by their coherence.
The project comprises eight residential units ranging from 420 to 680 m² each. The architecture is organized around solar orientation and privacy between units, with noble materials (natural stone, teak wood, sand-lacquered aluminum) that age well and require little maintenance.
Marketing was conducted during the project phase, with 100% of the units committed before construction began.
