A new residential project

Sohail 956 marks the developer’s most recent project, currently still off plan and in the middle of the development process. The development is rising in Fuengirola, within an established urban fabric where new construction coexists with buildings from different eras.
The building comprises eleven homes, distributed into one, two, and three-bedroom typologies to accommodate very different profiles: from those looking for a first apartment to families needing more space. The architecture opts for a serene and contemporary language white render, light wood frames surrounding the large windows, and glass railings on the terraces while at street level, the homes feature protected double windows and a centrally located entrance on the facade.
Inside, light and ease of maintenance will prevail: anthracite window frames, light wood floors, and clear rooms that are easy to furnish. With delivery scheduled for 2028, Sohail 956 is the newest addition to the Nériq portfolio.
