Sorolla 36, Benalmádena

This renovation project in Benalmádena is based on a simple idea: preserve what still works and transform everything else to adapt it to a contemporary way of living.

With a total area of 260 m², the project reorganises the existing spaces to create a greater sense of openness, increase natural light and improve continuity between the different rooms.
The intervention completely updates the home from both a functional and construction perspective, improving its efficiency, its relationship with the surroundings and the quality of each space.

The architecture removes superfluous elements and embraces a calm, durable material palette, with every decision guided by criteria of use, maintenance and long-term permanence.

Completed in 2022, the project demonstrates that renovation is not about reproducing the past, but about creating a more precise, more efficient and more coherent version of what was already there.
