Palacio Conde is a renovation project located in El Limonar, one of the quietest and most established residential areas of Málaga.
Covering a total area of 2,400 m², the intervention preserves the original character of the property while completely updating its installations, layout and efficiency, adapting it to a contemporary way of living.
The project prioritises noble materials and natural light, preserving what adds value and transforming what had become obsolete.
Completed in 2022, the project shows that renovation is not about reproducing the past, but about creating a more precise and coherent version of what was already there.
