The property is laid out with a ground floor for the office, two standard floors with four 2 bedroom homes, and a set back penthouse level with two 1 bedroom homes that enjoy large private terraces overlooking the village rooftops. <\/p>\n<p>The architecture respects the municipality\u2019s traditional aesthetic whitewashed fa\u00e7ade, wrought iron balconies, dark joinery, and ceramic details while combining it with today\u2019s construction standards: thermal and acoustic insulation, joinery with thermal break, and contemporary interior finishes that preserve the Mediterranean character, with terracotta floors, whitewashed walls, and wooden beams.
